911inform internal services are compliant with the NIST CSF and CIS v8 cybersecurity frameworks and 911inform has obtained ISO 27001 and SOC 2 certifications for our product. We continue to ensure cybersecurity is at the forefront of our design and several administrative and technical solutions that have been implemented include but are not limited to:

- Secure Development Policies for all internal developers along with a QA review of all code
- End-to-end encryption of 911inform data as well as encryption of all data at rest
- Use of next-generation antivirus (NGAV) on all 911inform endpoints along with a developed security policy and incident response policy

Reports for both SOC 2 Type 2 and ISO 27001 certifications are available upon request for potential clients or interested parties.

911inform is now FedRAMP® in Process, demonstrating our commitment to ensuring cybersecurity while offering a robust unified emergency communications solution to the federal government.

911inform meets and exceeds in implementation of NIST 800-53 Rev 5 controls in protecting internal data, as well as any CJI data that may be transmitted or sent through its platform. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit and safeguards are in place to ensure the highest level of security to maintain compliance with state and federal level CJIS requirements. Additionally, potential customer can review independent audit reports of implemented controls so they can validate controls have been implemented. These reports are available for the SOC 2 and ISO 270001 frameworks.

Do I need to have anything prior to getting 911inform?

Do I need an app for 911inform?
NO! 911inform is uniquely designed to work seamlessly without requiring an app on personnel devices. It is truly BYOD friendly and convenient. Any IOT device can also be added and monitored with 911inform.
Does 911inform require time-consuming and extensive upkeep?
NO! Our system is designed to mirror, operate and monitor your SOP for safety. 911inform will constantly monitor all endpoints and user interactions to ensure the safety plan is followed and all technology is readily available for public safety.
Can I get custom features added to my 911inform?
YES! On average we add one custom feature request per month. The best part is we do not charge for adding custom features for our clients!
How impactful has 911inform been for its users?
We performed a test and case study of two different school districts with a total of 9 school buildings in each. One district with 911inform and one without. To lockdown the school district without 911inform, it took a total of over 19 minutes and involved over 11 personnel. To lockdown the school district with 911inform, the police dispatcher was able to lock down all the schools in under 50 seconds. That is 95% faster!

Who We Are

911inform is the only all-encompassing platform to help emergency response teams better manage communication and connected-building controls directly related to an emergency. Our solution provides emergency notifications to dispatch, first responders and key building personnel seconds after a 911 emergency phone call is placed within a 911inform geofenced building location. Our software is activated, through PBX phone or smartphone, and provides an emergency notification to all required parties, as well as the exact location (within 3 meters of accuracy) of the emergency event location. We then hand the connected-building controls to dispatch and emergency response teams, allowing them to use the video surveillance feeds, voice control systems and door access capabilities directly related to the emergency, ensuring that they can arrive on scene as quickly as possible and be better prepared when they do.
